Step 2: Add Water & Wind
Pour 2 ounces of water into the cup. Whisk the elements until there are no lumps and it becomes frothy.
Step 3: Add Fire
Heat the water or milk of your choice to around 160°F, pour into the cup and enjoy.

Step 1

Heat the water or milk of your choice to around 175°F, pour into the cup and enjoy your brew.

I consider myself somewhat of a Matcha snob. I have tried a lot of Matchas, including those of revered Japanese masters like Tsujiki and Gion Tsujiri. Organic Matchas tend to be milder and less nuanced due to the length of the certification process, which adds some idle time between harvest and milling. Not this Matcha, however. Element's Organic Matcha is my favorite Matcha ever. Period. I have yet to find another powder as vibrant and fresh as this one. The harmony between the immediate umami that is balanced out by a wash of creaminess and subtle sweetness is outstanding. The notes in this Matcha are so bold that it is hard to believe there is zero bitterness. Astringency is minimal too. I find this Matcha delectable and only a few others can compete. It really is an understated product!!!

This is my first time ordering from Element - the shipping was fast and the product is absolutely excellent. I’ve tried many other organic ceremonial matcha brands, and I find Element to be in the top. Also great knowing that 3rd party testing shows it’s safe from heavy metals etc. This matcha is so smooth, I do not need any sweetener with it and just normally make lattes. Love it 💚
