Step 2: Add Water & Wind
Pour 2 ounces of water into the cup. Whisk the elements until there are no lumps and it becomes frothy.
Step 3: Add Fire
Heat the water or milk of your choice to around 160°F, pour into the cup and enjoy.

I recently discovered this brand of matcha, and I was very impressed, (as my attached video attests!) It seems to have an extra fine grind, which can easily be managed with an electric milk frother or using a tea ball as a make shift "sieve" to avoid matcha's tendency for clumping.
This is a great option for my morning 4 ounce tea, (or "usucha.") I find 4 ounce servings seem to bring out earthier "dark chocolate" notes, while 8 ounce servings bring out more "grassy" or "vegetal" qualities.
